1. Acceptance
By submitting your email to join the PriceBench waitlist you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit your email.
2. What this is (and is not)
PriceBench is a pre-launch project. No product, software, or paid service currently exists. This page is an expression-of-interest page only. Joining the waitlist creates no contractual obligation and does not guarantee access to any future product.
3. Pricing is indicative only
Any "founding pricing" or "early-access pricing" shown is an illustrative estimate of intended positioning. It is not an offer, not a binding price, and not a guarantee of future pricing. No contract of sale is formed by submitting your email.
4. Waitlist and communications
By joining you consent to receive a double opt-in confirmation email and occasional product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, which removes you from the waitlist.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (copy, design, logo, the name PriceBench) is owned by Mohamed Kechaou / WedgeLabs and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
6. No warranty
The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any future product will launch, or that any indicated features or pricing will be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohamed Kechaou / WedgeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed €10. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or matters that cannot be limited under German law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Nuremberg have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. EU consumers may use the EC Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
